House Rules

Check in time

Check in time is 4:00pm. In order to ensure the apartment has been cleaned and sanitized properly we do not allow early check in.

Help us be a good neighbor by respecting and following our house rules. Please be aware that while RARE, any violation of house rules is grounds for removal at the guest expense. If you have any questions, about our house rules, do not hesitate to contact us.

Guest Booking

The guest booking the reservation MUST be at least 25 years old. Any guest staying in the unit over the age of 18 must be listed on the reservation. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ALL TIME IS 5. AT NO TIME SHOULD THE OCCUPANCY EXCEED 5 GUEST. Additionally, any guest outside of the set reservation in the home after 10pm is considered as an overnight guest. A fee of $75 per guest will be charged.

Quiet House

9pm-7am DAILY As with most communities, please keep music, movies, and other noise to a conversation level during quiet hours.

Noise Monitoring

To ensure we are being good neighbors, this suite is equipped with noise sensor that measures decibels. There is absolutely NO RECORDING of audio, the device is active 24/7 and is located in the living room. If the noise exceeds a reasonable level our team will receive a notification and message you immediately. To comply with community regulations, if the noise sensor become disconnected we will notify you if we need access to your stay to reconnect it.

Please contact us

Please do not contact building staff. While our property partners are well aware you are staying with us. They are unable to help with questions or concerns. For ANYTHING at all contact us.

No smoking

We are a smoke free community. This goes for balconies and in or around the building as well. No smoking also includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found a $500 will be accessed.

Parties are NOT allowed
Disturbing other residents in this building will NOT be tolerated. While RARE occurrence, following warnings from your host triggered by the noise sensor or a compliant from a neighbor, you may be asked to leave at your own expense. Local law enforcement will be utilized if necessary.

No pets

Pets are not allowed. While we would likely love your pet, but there will be a $500 fine for having a pet in the suite.

Key Fob

If the key fob is lost or not returned a fee of $300 will be assessed. A $75 fee will be assessed for overnight lockout service.

Guest count

The number of guest must match the number of guest on your reservation. The IDs of any guest over 18 staying at the home must be submitted before reservation can be approved. If you are anticipating more people please update your reservation and confirm by messaging us prior to your arrival. Maximum count of occupants is 5 at all times.

Camera Tampering

A fee of $250 will be assessed for any tampering or manipulation of camera system. Please do not cover the camera at anytime with hands or any other object.

Mail

Please do NOT send any mail or packages to this address. We will NOT be held responsible for any missing packages or mail.

Third-Party Booking.

The name on the reservation MUST be the guest present for the duration of the stay.

Excessive Cleaning

Enjoy your stay but be mindful of the cleanup. We employ a professional cleaning staff adhering to CDC Guidelines to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable. However if it takes our staff longer than 2 hours to clean after your visit a $150 fee will be assessed.

The space
Our spacious 2 bedroom apartment has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay in a prime location. 1156 sq feet of luxury features from high end sheets to plush, soft towels, to pillow top mattresses, and even cocktail mixing station for the perfect pour at the end of a busy day!

The apartment is new and offers a modern kitchen w/ granite countertop, hardwood flooring, 9โ€™ ceilings.

We are less than 10 minutes away from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, 5 mins away from I-485 and I 77, 2 mins away from Top Golf, and less than 20 mins away from Uptown Charlotte!

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Please make yourself at home once you arrive.

๐Ÿ›‘ No mail or packages are to be sent to the apartment. We will NOT be responsible for any missing packages or mail. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PACKAGES TO THE ADDRESS.

๐Ÿ›‘ Any additional guest outside of the original guest count stated on the reservation. That is in the apartment after 10pm is considered as an overnight guest. They will be a fee of $75 per additional guest after that time. The MAXIMUM occupancy of the apartment at all times is 5.

๐Ÿ›‘ CAMERA There is a ring camera on the front door. It is motion, sounds, video recording 24/7. Please refrain from de-facing, covering, altering, or moving the camera. There will be a $250 camera tempering fee for any of the above actions.

๐Ÿ›‘ NO PETS NO PETS NO PETS! While are certain we would love your pet. We accommodate allergy sensitive guest. With that in mind. Please donโ€™t book this home if you are going to bring your pet or if there is a possibility of pet being inside of the home. A fee of upto $500 will be fined for this violation.

Lastly, we take cleaning and sanitizing VERY
seriously. We employ a professional cleaning company, to clean after every stay.
Guest access
The booking guest must be 25 years of age or older. Any additional guest must be on the guest list as well. Please provide picture IDs for any guest 18 or older that will being staying in the home. IDs can be submitted through the messaging inbox. Without submitting IDs the reservations will be declined.

You can access the building anytime after 4:00pm by using the lockbox to obtain keys. Early checkin is not an option, as we are taking the time to properly clean, sanitize,
and prep the space for your stay. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however children are welcome at your own discretion.
Additional notes
Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Please submit your picture State issued ID through the messaging inbox. Please refrain from defacing or blurring out any information on the ID. This is no different than checking into a hotel and a ID is required for check in. Failure to do so, will result in reservation being cancelled or declined.

We have a strict 11 AM check out. If you would like to pay to check out later the latest we can do is 1 PM at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you would like to schedule!

Also please note THIS IS AN APARTMENT home, there maybe outside noise like footsteps, doors closing, from the upper or lower levels. While we are unable to control the outside noise, we want make sure our guest are aware.

As part of the booking process to ensure the quality of our home. If you are a guest with no reviews or no recent reviews within the last 90-120 days a deposit of upto $500 maybe required.

We extend this five-star experience to you, our guest, as well as our property partners. This means we have an ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for parties or gatherings. To ensure this is the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the home. The number of people inside the home may not exceed the reserve guest amount at any time. We do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at a guest expense. Please note parking is NOT assigned and is a first come first served bases. The public transportation isn't far from complex. Ride share options are also available through their set platforms.
